Redwing Church
This former church was built in 1886 by
a Norwegian Lutheran congregation, and through the years has
passed through several other denominations. Treant
purchased the building in 2004 as an empty 6,000 sq. ft.
structure, with beautiful original tin ceilings, curved
pews, and in-floor basement heat. The structure stands on a
high point in the Mississippi River valley town of Red Wing,
MN, and is only two blocks from the historic downtown. Treant would like to develop this site as a mixture of
commercial/studio space on the main level and a living space
on the garden level.
