Minnetonka Farm House
This farm house was built in 1911, and
has remained in the same family until 2004. The
four-square farm house was solidly constructed, and sits on
an acre of land dotted with mature oak trees. Treant will build an
addition onto the existing structure, while keeping the
farmhouse heritage intact. In the end it will be a modern
luxury home with a strong bond to the home’s farming past.
