Treant HQ
Treant HQ was built in 1953, and served as a plating company from 1957 until 2003. The 2,800 sq. ft. building was purchased in 2004, and an environmental contractor was hired to test for hazardous substances and remediate the site. With the building decontaminated Treant is proceeding with the renovation of the structure while working with local and state governments to investigate the soil beneath and around this site. With allocated grants, Treant will remediate the soil if necessary and eventually certify that no threat remains to the community.
